Wanted: BCMC Vice Chair/Chair Elect and Secretary!

The Vice-Chair/Chair Elect, elected at the fall meeting, shall serve a two-year term and succeed the office of Chair. The Vice-Chair/Chair Elect shall assist the Chair in managing committee related business, including working with the Chair to coordinate committee representation to other NJLA-CUS/ACRL-NJ committees related to charges of BCMC. 

The Secretary, appointed or volunteered by committee members, shall serve a two-year term. The Secretary shall arrange and inform the minutes-taker (members take turns to be the minutes taker, alphabetical order by last name) for each committee meeting and distribute draft minutes to members. The Secretary shall also assist the Chair and the Vice-Chair/Chair Elect in arranging meeting locations, meeting room set-up and parking for attendees, etc. Finally, the Secretary shall solicit nominations for the Vice Chair/Chair Elect and convene the fall election.
