The meeting will be held using Skype. A few things to know:

• If you don’t already have an account, it is free to create one.
• You’ll need to create the account prior to the meeting.
• Minimum technology: a mic’ed headset (anything like this), or any configuration of microphone and headphones.
• Optimum technology: a webcam and mic’ed headset, or any configuration of webcam, microphone, and headphones.
• Please email the committee chair your Skype ID, so that you can be connected to the conference call on the day of the meeting.
