Weird, Wild, and Wonderful: Special Collections Cataloging

This workshop is intended for catalogers who have little or no experience with rare and unique materials, but who nonetheless find themselves faced with a rare or unique collection or item to catalog. Presenters will share general principles, best practices, and tips for cataloging and processing both single items and collections. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of their most daunting items awaiting cataloging.
 
In order to keep this workshop free, we ask that you provide your own breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Registration is required.
