Technology Committee

Welcome

The Technology Committee sponsors programs and other activities for meeting the technological challenges facing libraries and librarians. Each year at the NJLA Spring Conference, the Committee presents the NJLA Technology Innovation Award, which honors a librarian or group of librarians for innovative use and application of technology in a New Jersey academic library.

The Technology Committee would also like to give an Honorable Mention to Lotta Sanchez of Hudson County Community College for her design of 3D Printed Port Covers for the HCCC Library's computers.

Please join us at the NJLA Annual Conference on Wednesday, April 26th from 3:40-4:30pm for the College & University Section Awards Forum (Location: Avalon 6 & 7) where our winners will present on their projects along with the winners of the 2017 Research Award.
